Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions contract means the contract between the company (Greenlane Motorcycles) and the customer (the person authorising the work or goods).
1. The Contract
All work and goods supplied are subject to these terms and conditions, no other terms, conditions or warranties are to be implied into the contract.
2. Payment and VAT
Any deposits paid for vehicles or parts are non–refundable unless agreed in writing at the time of order. All prices are inclusive of the current rate of VAT.
3. Estimates
Where the company provides an estimate it shall be provisional only and subject to variations in the cost of parts, material, labour etc and dependant on any further work identified as needed by the company.
4. Condition of Vehicles
The company reserves the right to carry out any work on a vehicle they consider to be un-roadworthy or unsafe.
5. Collection and storage
We reserve the right to hold any vehicle until such time as any outstanding account is paid in full. If a vehicle is not collected seven days after the completion of work weekly storage charges may be imposed.
6. Replacement Parts
Any parts that are replaced become the property of the company unless the customer requests their return prior to the commencement of the repairs. Parts which are not collected seven days from the completion of work will be disposed of.
